FASTMIX COMPACTE CONVEYEUR

The FASTMIX Conveyeur is a reliable and cost-effective concrete batching plant with a compact design, suitable for ready-mix concrete suppliers, for prefabricated concrete factories, and for various construction sites, due to its modular structure, which is offering a fast installation. This concrete plants are very suitable for construction projects where the required concrete production is quite high. Like all other FASTMIX concrete plants, the strength and the reliability of the product are guaranteed. In addition to the exceptional control of the construction process, these concrete plants allow easy maintenance to guarantee a long life service.

The parts are covered with a specific paint layer which contains an anti-corrosion alloy, but also a double layer of paint.

Each plant is equipped with a twin shaft, turbo or planetary mixer adapted to the desired flow rate, ensuring fast mixing, a homogeneous and high-quality concrete production.

Each mixer has a bearing structure, cement, water, admixture weighing scales, and water and admixture pumps. The storage system with a weighing system consists of three to four hoppers with a unit volume of 15 m3 to 30 m3 each customizable according to the type of aggregates used and the storage capacity required by the customer.

The granulates are transferred by using a conveyor belt or chevron belt conveyor to save space. An optional wait hopper can be added to optimize the mixing cycle and increase productivity. Cement storage is provided by waterproof silos equipped with dust filters, safety valve, level indicators, and aeration nozzle, etc. The capacity and number of silos vary according to each plant and cement transfer is provided by screw conveyors.
