The weighing belt aggregate storage system consists of four cross type hoppers. The aggregate is transferred using a seasoned conveyor belt.
The cement is stored in airtight silos equipped with dust filters, safety valve, level indicators and fluidization nozzles, etc. The capacity and number of silos vary according to each plant. Cement transfer is carried out by screw conveyors. All the equipments necessary for the operation of our EASYMIX concrete plants is pre-installed and pre-wired, including the air compressor, cement scales, water scales and adjuvant scales.
